WILSONVILLE, Ore. – Thirteen Avamere Living community-based care locations earned Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2021 Customer Experience Award. 

This award recognizes quality care over the last year, during COVID-19, showcasing the Avamere Living team’s resilient dedication to providing the same level of dedicated, quality care with utmost respect for their valued residents.

These senior living communities were named best in class amongst several categories, including personal care, communication, dignity and respect, safety and security, cleanliness, quality of food, overall satisfaction, and more.

Throughout 2020, a sampling of Avamere Living’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate Avamere Living in specific categories. 

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Avamere Living has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of senior living communities nationwide across a 12-month average.
